PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The DRO Health Community is a platform where you can connect with health enthusiasts like yourself. You can share tips and hacks, life experiences, and make new connections. Healthcare practitioners on our app also have their community profiles, so you can gain professional insight from their posts and book appointments directly from their profiles or posts/comments. There are rooms to allow users curate their feed and belong to smaller communities (community in a community). It is available both as a mobile app and a web app.

As the Product Manager for DRO Community, I managed the product through the various stages from vision, user interviews, strategy, design, first MVP and subsequent iterations.

I actively worked with marketing to determine the GTM, acquisition, retention and engagement strategies. I launched several initiatives like the instagram and in-app leaderboard and other gamification initiatives to help grow our numbers and drive usage.

My responsibilities extended to working with content team and the social media manager to create relatable content for the community and also on our other social media platforms to increase visibility. I also worked on sourcing and onboarding health care professionals to attend to medical questions asked by our users.
